摘要
矿井提升机是承担井上井下物料或人员输送任务的大型机械设备,其安全性和可靠性至关重要,尤其是其稀油站润滑系统和液压系统油液污染对机械设备的损害更不能忽视,往往会导致安全系数的降低,甚至引发设备或人身伤亡事故。将传统的过滤式污染物控制方案与基于离心机理的油品净化方案进行对比、分析,提出采用离心式净油机实现稀油站润滑系统以及各液压系统油品净化方案,并且通过河钢集团矿业有限公司石人沟铁矿生产实际应用效果进行验证,论证了应用该方案的合理性、高效性和先进性。
Mine hoist is large mechanical equipment of transporting the underground material or personnel and is very important for the safety and reliability,especially oil pollution damage to the equipment in the thin oil terminal lubricating system and hydraulic system cannot be ignored,which often leads to safety factor reduced,and even results in equipment or personal casualty accident. The traditional type of pollutants control scheme filter and the oil purification scheme based on the mechanism of centrifugal machine are compared and analyzed,proposing that the centrifugal oil purifier can realize oil purification for the lubrication system and each hydraulic system. The practical application in Shirengou Iron Mine of Hebei Iron and Steel Group Mining Co.,Ltd approved that this scheme is reasonable,high efficient and high-level.
