椎动脉夹层(颅外段内生型)超声表现1例

Ultrasonic manifestations of pathological changes in extracranial vertebral artery dissection

摘要 患者女,34岁,突发左侧头颈部疼痛、眩晕伴左侧肢体麻木1 h,发病前颈部旋转,幅度较大,自感左侧头面部及左侧颈部剧痛,持续十余分钟,后伴发头晕,左侧肢体麻木。无高血压病、糖尿病、高血脂病史,无烟酒史,无脑梗死家族史,近期无发热病史。体格检查：血压130/90 mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa）;双侧瞳孔等大等圆,光反应灵敏,双侧额纹对称,伸舌居中,
