摘要 目的:通过对14例晚期胰腺癌病人瘤体内注射^(131)I-chTNT(^(131)I标记的肿瘤细胞核单克隆抗体)治疗胰腺癌的疗效和毒性观察,探索一种新的胰腺癌治疗方法。方法:所有胰腺癌患者(n=14)均经细胞学或组织学病理确诊。采用计算机断层扫面引导下瘤体内直接注射^(131)I-chTNT注射液(50m Ci)。结果:14例患者中,完全缓解(CR)1例(7%),部分缓解(PR)4例(29%),稳定(SD)7例(50%),进展(PD)2例(14%),有效率CR+PR 36%。结论:足够剂量的^(131)I—chTNT单克隆抗体瘤体内注射对于晚期胰腺癌的治疗效果显著,安全有效。 Purpose: To explore a new therapeutic method for pancreatic cancer by observing the effect and toxicity of ^131I-chTNT (iodine-131-1ablbed tumor necrosis therapy chimeric antibody) in the treatment 14 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer. Method: All pancreatic cancer patients (n=14) were diagnosed by cytology or histology, and were treated with ^131I-chTNT intratumoral injection guided by computed tomography (CT). Results: One patient had a complete response (CR) (7%), 4 achieved partial response (PR) (29%), 7 were stable (50%), and 4 were progressed (14%). The response rate was 36%. Conclusions: These promising results demonstrate that sufficient doses of ^131I-chTNT can be safely delivered to tumors to cause significant therapeutic effects in advanced pancreatic cancer.
