Suggestions on Implementing ITSS in Nuclear Industry

在综合分析核能行业特点、借鉴前期试点工作经验的基础上,为适应未来行业发展战略需求,提出核能行业全面推广应用ITSS的指导思想、组织体系、实现机制、指南编制四个重要事项;并从人员、过程步骤、资源保障、技术能力方面提出全面推广ITSS应用的实施规划方案;明确了核能行业未来五年推广应用ITSS的工作目标、主要预期成果及主要工作任务。

On the basis of analyzing nuclear industry characteristics and learning from the early pilot work experience, and in order to adapt to the requirements of the future strategic development of this industry, put forward four important things of promoting ITSS application comprehensively in nuclear energy industry： guiding ideology, organization system, implementation mechanism and guidance compilation; put forwards implementation plans for promoting the ITSS comprehensively from four aspects： people, process, resources and technical capacity; defi nes objectives, the main expected results and major tasks of promoting the application of ITSS in the nuclear industry for the next fi ve years.
