摘要
以亚麻油、三羟甲基丙烷、树脂醇C、偏苯三酸酐等为原料,制备了侧链具有羧基的新型醇酸树脂,并将其水性化。结果表明,油度60%,醇超量20%,苯酐和偏苯三酸酐质量比5∶1,酯化温度220~240℃,加入偏苯三酸酐后酯化温度170~180℃,最终酸值控制在40~60 mg KOH·g-1,制备的树脂符合醇酸树脂清漆国家标准GB/25251-2010。
New waterborne alkyd resins were prepared from linseed oil, TMP, resin-alcohol C and trimellitic anhydri by using alcoholysis-polyesterification method with lithium hydroxide as catalyst. The best scheme was as follows: oil-length 60%, alcohol excess 20%, the weight ratio between phthalic anhydride and trimellitic anhydri 5:1, the esterification temperature 220~240℃, and the esterification temperature after adding trimellitic anhydri 170~180℃,the acid value 40~60 mg KOH·g^(-1). The prepared alkyd resin film properties are comparable with GB/25251-2010.
