摘要 研究了以废副硫酸亚铁和尿素为主要原料,液相法制备氧化铁黄的生产技术。以一定的配比加入氧化铁黄晶种、水和尿素,通过尿素水解生成氧化中和碱,控制合适工艺条件,通过对氧化铁黄色光进展的控制,生产氧化铁黄313产品。通过对实验产品的色光、硬指标和粒径的检测分析,表明该工艺生产的氧化铁黄产品均匀度好,且各项指标均达到国家标准《氧化铁颜料》(GB/T 1863-2008)要求。 Iron oxide yellow was produced by liquid phase method with by-product ferrous sulfate and urea as main raw materials. Iron oxide yellow seed crystal, water and urea were added in the reactor by a certain proportion, urea hydrolysis produced alkali to control the pH, under suitable process conditions, through control of iron oxide yellow light, iron oxide yellow 313 produced. Coloured light, hardness index and particle diameter of the products were tested. The results show that iron oxide yellow products prepared by the process have well uniformity, and all the indexes reach to the national standard "iron oxide pigments"(GB/T 1863-2008).
