外墙水性涂料中甲醛含量测定的不确定度评定

Evaluation of Uncertainty in Determination of Formaldehyde Content in the Exterior Wall Water-Soluble Coating

根据GB/T 23993-2009标准,用乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定外墙水性涂料中的甲醛含量,并依据JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》的原则,分析和评价了在测定过程中影响实验结果的各个因素及不确定度。在本实验中,不确定度主要由测量重复性和标准工作曲线查得的甲醛质量引入。

According to GB/T 23993-23993 standard,formaldehyde content in the exterior wall water coating was determined by acetyl acetone spectrophotometric method.According to the principle of JJF1059.1-2012, named ＂evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement＂, various factors affecting the experimental results were analyzed and evaluated as well as the uncertainty in the process of determination. The results show that, in this experiment, the uncertainty is mainly composed of measuring repeatability and formaldehyde weight obtained by the standard working calibration curve.
