摘要
本文构建了可从GPA参加方获得的采购规模的影响指标体系,提出了一种简化的测算方法模型,以我国可获得采购规模为例对测算模型进行了应用。该模型可用于分析GPA参加方采购市场的开放情况,评估GPA协议的有效性等。
This paper builds an impact indicator system of procurement scale acquired from GPA party, proposes a simplified calculating model and applies the model to calculate the scale acquired in China. This model can be applied to the analysis of procurement market openness of GPA parties, the evaluation of effectiveness of GPA and so on.
