摘要
本文结合玩具滑板车的产品特性和行业发展概况,通过对该产品的国内外标准法规进行比对,对玩具滑板车存在的各个危害因素进行深入剖析,分析了各危害因素的致害机理,并针对我国玩具滑板车相关法律法规、企业生产和消费者理念方面存在的问题,从健全法律法规、加强行业自律、强化政府监管、提升消费者安全意识等方面提出了措施建议。
Combined with scooter toy product characteristics and the development of the industry situation, this paper compares with the domestic and international standards and regulations on toy product, carries out thorough analysis to all the existing hazard factors, analyzes the damage mechanism for each risk factor. Aiming at the related laws and regulations of Chinese toys scooter, and the problems in enterprise production and consumer concepts, it also puts forward some suggestions on perfecting laws and regulations, strengthening self-discipline, strengthening government supervision as well as enhancing the safety awareness of consumers.
