摘要
TB/T 2942—2015《机车车辆用铸钢件通用技术条件》修订自TB/T 2942—1999《铁道用铸钢件采购与验收技术条件》。在简述标准修订背景、过程的基础上,全面介绍标准的主要技术内容及新旧标准的区别,重点从基本要求、化学成分、力学性能、热处理、清理和精修、缺陷的焊修等方面,分析新旧标准在技术要求上的差异。对新标准的贯彻实施提出意见和建议。
The TB/T 2942--2015 General Technical Specifications of Steel Castings for Rolling Stock is revised from TB/T 2942--1999 Technical Conditions of Steel Castings Procurement and Acceptance in Railways. Based on a brief introduction to the background and process of standard revision, the article analyses the differences in the technical requirements of the old and new standards, by focusing on basic requirements, chemical composition, mechanical property, thermal treatment, cleaning ＆ repairing, repairing welding of defects and so on. It puts forward some opinions and suggestions for carrying out the new standard.
