摘要
针对转向架构架单丝焊的不足,引入双丝GMA焊焊接工艺。介绍GMA焊的设备和原理,通过系统性的试验,对比其与单丝焊的焊接效率;通过改变送丝速度、焊丝倾角和焊接速度,研究不同焊接参数对双丝GMA焊焊缝成形的影响。得到优化的双丝GMA焊焊接参数为:送丝速度8 m/min^20 m/min,焊丝摆放方式为主丝垂直从丝倾斜,焊接速度0.65 m/min^0.90 m/min。双丝GMA焊有效提升了转向架构架焊接的整体质量。
With a view to the defect of single wire welding for bogie frame, the double wire GMA welding technolo- gy is introduced. The article introduces the devices and principles for GMA welding. Based on a systematic test, it compares the welding efficiency between GMA welding and single wire welding. By changing parameters including wire feed rate, inclined angle and welding speed, etc., it studies the influence exerted by various welding parame- ters on forming double wire GMA weld joints. The optimized parameters obtained for double wire GMA welding: wire feed rate : 8 m/min ~ 20 m/min. When placing weld wires, the primary wire is vertical and the secondary wire is in- clined, with the welding speed of m/rain ~ 0.90 m/min. Double wire GMA welding can effectively improve the overall quality of bogie frame welding.
