史志网站方志文献数字化基本功能探讨——以13家史志网站方志文献数据库为例

史志网站方志文献数字化以图书图像数字化、文本数字化为基础。只有图像化、文本化二者结合,才能完全实现检索、复制、下载、共享以及数据分析与挖掘等功能,这是数字化的目的。笔者通过对13家史志网站方志文献数字化程度进行比较,分析当前方志文献数字化基本功能存在的问题,认为方志界应该建立史志网站方志文献数字化统一标准体系,而当务之急是要确立数字化最低标准,包括文本数字化、站内检索、开放检索、文本复制功能。

Local records literature digitalization on history and local records websites is based on books',images' and text digitization. It is only by combining visualization and text digitization that the functions like searching,copying,downloading,sharing,and data mining and analysis can be fully realized,which is the objective of local records literature digitalization. The author,through comparisons of 13 history and local records websites,and the analysis of existing problems with basic functions of current local records literature digitalization,takes the view that the local records circle should set up a universal standard system for local records literature digitalization on history and local records websites,and the most urgent task is to decide the basic standard for digitalization,including text digitization,searching functions within websites,opening up searching functions to internet searching portals like Baidu,and text copying functions.
