Practice and Thinking on the Training of the Appropriate Technology of Chinese Medicine in Our Hospital

文章论述了我院中医药适宜技术推广培训中通过项目组织实施、建立省-县-基层三级推广网,根据中医药适宜技术特点展开小班分科推广培训,理论培训与实践操作结合,同时加强师资培训,充实教材教具的实践体会。从推广主体和受体、技术项目、政策文件等多个角度,对现阶段影响中医药适宜技术推广应用的因素进行分析,为进一步开展中医药适宜技术推广工作提供参考。

This paper discussed the practice experience of the training of the appropriate technology of Chinese medicine in our hos- pital. Through the implementation of the project organization, establishing the provincial - county - grass-roots level three promotion network, according to the appropriate technology of TCM characteristic, we expanded the small class teaching, branched promotion training, comnined theoretical training andwith practical operation, strengthened teacher training, and enriched the teaching aids. We analyzed the factors that influenced the popularization and application, including the promotion of the subject and the receptor, tech- nical projects, policies, etc. in order to provide reference for the further development of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology promotion.
