古代医籍中产后缺乳用药规律浅析

Study on Medication Rules of Treating Postpartum Hypogalactia in Ancient Books of TCM

目的分析中医古籍中治疗产后缺乳的用药规律。方法运用《中华医典》检索古代医籍中有关产后缺乳的相关方药并建立数据库分析其用药规律。结果研究发现治疗产后缺乳的常用药物为甘草、酒、穿山甲、天花粉等;常用药对为当归、茯苓,穿山甲、王不留行等;常用药组为漏芦、甘草、天花粉,白术、茯苓、当归等。结论由组方规律可以看出,治疗产后缺乳主要以行气活血通络、健脾益气养血两类药物为主,其常用的药味配伍,可为现今产后缺乳的治疗提供有益参考。

Objective To analyze the medication rules of treating postpartum hypogalaetia in ancient books of TCM. Methods To build the herbal database through the electronic book Series of ＂ Encyclopaedia of TCM＂ , we analyzed the descriptive data, summa- rized the herbs＂ prescription regularity on the treatment of postpartum hypogalaetia. Results The highest frequency of herbs were licorice, wine, pangolin scales, radix triehosautbis, etc. The common used two herbs combinations were Angelica and poria cocos, Pangolin and cowherb seed, etc. The frequently used combinations of three herbs were Uniflower Swissceutaury Root, radix gly- cyrrhizae and radix triehosanthis, atractylodes, poria cocos and angelica sinensis, etc. Conclusion The herbs which promoting qi and blood circulation, dredging meridians, tonifying spleen, nourishing qi and blood were most widely used to treat postpartum hypogalac- tin. The herbal medicine rules of treating postpartum hypogalactia based on ancient books of TCM could be the reference for clinical medication.
