中国穴位埋线疗法系列讲座(三十六) 穴位埋线疗法治疗单纯性肥胖30例

Series Primary Lecture about Acupoint Embedding Thread Therapy(ⅩⅩⅩⅥ)Acupoint Thread Embedding Therapy in the Treatment of Simple Obesity for 30 Cases

目的观察穴位埋线疗法治疗单纯性肥胖的临床疗效。方法 60例符合纳入标准的单纯性肥胖病患者采用电脑生成随机数字法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用穴位埋线,2周1次,2次为1个疗程;对照组采用拔罐加电针,隔日1次,每周3次,4次为1疗程;3个疗程后,观察单纯性肥胖患者的体重、腰围、臀围、BMI、腰臀比(WHR)变化。结果治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为90.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),说明埋线疗法与针刺加拔罐疗法总有效率无明显差异;2种治疗方法对单纯性肥胖患者的体重、腰围、BMI指数均有改善作用,但治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖在提高减肥疗效优于拔罐加电针。穴位埋线疗法因其安全、简便、有效,值得在临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint thread embedding in the treatment of the simple obesity. Methods 60 patients with simple obesity were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 30） and control group （n = 30） . The patients in the treatment group were trated with acupoint thread embedding. The patients in the control group were treated with electro acupuncture combined with cupping. The treatment was given three months. The therapeutic effect, body weight, body mass index （BM[） , waist circumference （WC） , hip circumference （HC） , Waist/hip circumference ratio （WHR） were investigated, which were evaluated before and after treatment. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33% which was better than 90.00% of the control group （P〈0.05） , which indicated there were no significant differences between acupoint thread embedding and electro acupuncture combined with cupping. The weight, WC and BMI index of simple obese patients were improved by the two treatments, but the improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of simple obesity in improving the weight loss effect was better than acupuncture and cupping. For safe, simple and effective, acupoint catgut embedding therapy is worthy of promotion.
