火针钯点焠刺法结合辨证取穴治疗类风湿关节炎51例

Palladium Quenching Fire Needle Acupuncture Point Therapy and Point Selection in Accordance w ith Differentiation of Syndrome in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis for 51 Cases

目的观察火针钯点焠刺法结合辨证取穴治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法将101例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为观察组51例和对照组50例。观察组采用火针速刺散刺畸形关节的伸面,同时结合全身整体辨证分型取穴治疗,对照组采用普通针刺治疗,2个疗程后对比疗效。结果观察组总有效率为90.20%,对照组总有效率为52.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时,观察组治疗后VAS疼痛评分、晨僵时间、20 m步行时间的改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论火针钯点焠刺法结合辨证取穴治疗类风湿关节炎其疗效优于普通针刺。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of palladium quenching fire needle acupuncture point therapy and point selection in accordance with differentiation of syndrome in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 101 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into observation group of 51 cases and control group of 50 casess. The observation group scattered thorn fire thorn needle speed deformity joint extensor surface, combined with the overall systemic syndrome type acupoints therapy. The control group was given ordinary acupuncture treatment. After two courses of treatment, the therapeutic effect was com-pared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 90.20 % and 52.00%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, VAS pain score, duration of morning stiffness, 20 m walk the degree of improvement time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of palladium fire needle acupuncture and TCM point quenching acupoints in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis was better than that of the ordinary acupuncture.
