情志和足浴护理干预对消化道溃疡患者睡眠质量和心理状态的影响

Effect of TCM Nursing Intervention of Emotion and Foot Bath on Sleep Quality and Mental Status in Patients w ith Peptic Ulcer

目的探究中医情志和足浴护理干预对消化道溃疡患者睡眠质量和心理状态所产生的影响。方法选择我院在2015年2月—10月诊治的消化大溃疡患者120例进行护理分析,根据患者护理方法的不同将患者分为研究组和对照组患者各60例,研究组患者选择中医情志和足浴护理干预,对照组患者进行常规临床护理,比较两组患者护理前后睡眠质量和心理状态评分,并且让患者对本次护理工作进行满意度评价。结果研究组患者护理的满意率为95%,对照组患者护理的满意率为80%,研究组患者的护理满意率明显更高(P<0.05);从护理评分上看,两组患者的睡眠质量评分和心理状态评分在护理前相似,差异无统计学意义,在护理后研究组患者的评分均高于对照组,P<0.05差异具有统计学研究意义。结论中医情志和足浴护理干预能够提升消化道溃疡患者的睡眠质量,调节情绪状态,有助于溃疡的愈合,患者对护理工作满意程度高,医患关系和谐,促进了医院整体护理质量的提升,临床护理价值积极。

Objective To explore the Effect of TCM nursing intervention of emotion and foot bath on sleep quality and mental status in patients with peptic ulcer. Methods 120 cases of patients with peptic ulcer in our hospital from February 2015 to October 2015 were selected, according to the different method, patients were divided into research group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in the research group used TCM nursing intervention of emotion and foot bath. The control group received routine clinical care. Before and after nursing, sleep quality and mental status of the two groups were compared. The nursing satisfaction was evaluated by patients. Results The satisfaction rate of research group was 95% which was higher than 80% of the control group（P0.05）. From nursing grading, sleep quality score and the psychological condition of the two groups had similar score before nursing,and there was no statistically significant difference. After nursing, sleep quality score and the psychological condition of the research group were higher than those of the control group, P 0.05, and differences had statistical significance. Conclusion TCM nursing intervention of emotion and foot bath can improve the quality of sleep of peptic ulcer patients, regulate mood state, will help the healing of ulcer patients, nursing job satisfaction degree is high, and the doctor-patient relationship is harmony. It promoted the whole hospi-tal care quality, and had positive value of clinical nursing.
