中医药治疗系统性红斑狼疮研究进展

Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

系统性红斑狼疮是一种多发于青年女性的累及多脏器的自身免疫性疾病。目前西医对本病的治疗主要依靠激素、免疫抑制剂等,虽对病情的缓解及稳定起到了较为显著的作用,但其毒副作用亦不容小觑。因此近年以中医药为主的长期中医药治疗对SLE发挥出明显优势。本文就系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)一病,查阅近二十年来相关文献资料,从病因病机及辨证论治两方面就中医各家论治经验进行归纳总结,以期近一步指导临床运用。

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus（SLE） is a multiple of the young women involved in the multi-organ autoimmune diseases.Western medicine in the treatment of this disease is mainly rely on hormones, immunosuppressants and so on. Although it plays a more significant role in remission and stability of the disease, its side effects should not be underestimated. Therefore, in recent years, the Chinese medicine-based long-term medical treatment for SLE plays a significant advantage. Based on related literatures in the past 20 years, the article comprehensively reviewed systemic lupus erythematosus from the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment and other aspects in order to guide the clinical medicine.
