An Overview of Traditional Chinese in the Treatment of Atlantoaxial Subluxation

寰枢关节半脱位发病率逐年增高,是骨伤科常见疾病之一,由多种因素造成,伴随症状较多,如眩晕、头痛、耳鸣、恶心呕吐等。中医认为,本症属"骨错缝筋出槽"范畴。对中医正骨手法、小针刀、针灸、中药及综合治疗进行了综述。目前,正骨手法仍然是治疗本病的核心,而中医综合治疗应用最为广泛,根据患者具体情况选择不同治疗方法,疗效更为显著。

The morbidity of atlantoaxial subluxation is increasing year by year. It is one of the common diseases in orthopedics, and is caused by many factors. It has many accompanying symptoms, such as vertigo, headache, tinnitus, nausea, vomiting and so on. Tradi-tional Chinese medicine thought that this disease belongs to ＂the abnormal position of the bones and tendons＂. The adoption of bone setting manipulation, acupuncture and moxibustion, acupotomy, Chinese medicine and comprehensive treatment were reviewed in this paper. At present, bone setting manipulation is still the key to the treatment of this disease, and comprehensive treatment is the most widely used. Doctors should develop a treatment plan according to the patient ＇s specific conditions to ensure the better curative efficacy.
