浅论双师型教师在方剂学教学中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 中医方剂学课程理论与实践并重,课程性质更趋近于临床,但因课时限制等原因,教师在中医本科教学中更加着重于理论知识的灌输,往往忽视了实践能力的培养。笔者从方剂学教学的实践与创新出发,探讨双师型教师在本科教学中的必要性,及具体所采用的教学方法。双师型教师在教学中可激发学生学习积极性,加深学生对方剂学的理解,在中医学本科教学阶段培养更多临床实用型人才。 Formulas of TCM(FTCM) is characterized with theory and practicality, and is closer to clinical medicine. Teachers paid more attention to theory or knowledge during undergraduate course due to the limitation class and teaching policy focus, and ignored the cultivation of practice ability. The author discussed the necessary of double-professional teacher during undergraduate teaching and teaching methods based on practice and innovation. Double-professional teachers can stimulate enthusiasm of students learning,and provide clinical practical talents for FTCM education.
