摘要
目的比较LBL联合PBL教学法在实习轮转医生和规范化培训轮转医生临床教学中的应用效果。方法针对同期处于临床轮转的规范化培训医生及医学生采用LBL联合PBL教学法进行风湿病专科临床教学,通过理论考试及问卷调查方式评价教学效果。结果规范化培训轮转医生组理论考试成绩高于实习轮转医生组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);问卷调查结果显示,两组对LBL联合PBL教学组在提升教学质量各方面看法无明显差异。结论 LBL联合PBL教学法更加适用于有一定临床知识和实践基础的医生,更适用于并值得在近些年开展的住院医师规范化培训中进一步推广。
Objective To compare the clinical teaching effect of the teaching method of LBL combined with PBL between practice doctors and standardization training doctors. Methods All the doctors accepted the teaching method of LBL combined with PBL in the same period, and the teaching effect was evaluated through the theoretical examination and questionnaire. Results The standardized training doctors' theory practice test scores were higher than those of the practice doctors', and there was significant difference( P 〈0.05). Questionnaire survey showed that both groups considered the method can improve teaching quality in all aspects, and there had no obvious difference. Conclusion The teaching method of LBL combined with PBL is more suitable for the doctors, who have had certain clinical knowledge and practice experience, and is more suitable and even be worth to be carried out in the resident standardization training doctors.
