夏枯草口服液治疗囊性甲状腺疾病的应用

Application of Xiakucao Oral Liquid in the Treatment of Cystic Thyroid Disease

目的观察夏枯草口服液对囊性甲状腺疾病的临床治疗效果。方法随机抽取于门诊就诊的210例囊性甲状腺疾病患者的临床资料,按照随机数字表法将患者分为试验组和对照组,试验组105例,对照组105例。试验组患者口服夏枯草口服液治疗,对照组患者口服优甲乐治疗。观察2组患者的临床疗效。结果试验组有效率达78.10%,显著大于对照组的40.95%,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论对于囊性甲状腺疾病患者采用口服夏枯草口服液临床治疗有效,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Xiakucao oral liquid on cystic thyroid disease. Methods Clinical data of 210 cases of patients with cystic thyroid disease were collected. They were divided into experiment group（105 cases） and control group（105 cases）. The experiment group was treated by Xiakucao oral liquid. The control group was treated by Euthyrox.The clinical effects were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 78.10%, which was higher than40.95% of the control group（P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Xiakucao oral liquid in the treatment of cystic thyroid disease has better clinical effect. It has high values of clinical application.
