Clinical Experience of Professor Zhao Zhenchang in Treating Chronic Glomerular Nephritis Hematuria

目的吾师赵振昌教授是国家级名老中医,本文通过跟师学习,收集并整理了赵振昌教授治疗慢性肾炎血尿的临床经验,旨在继承名老中医的学术经验,传承其学术思想。方法通过跟随赵教授门诊,收集赵教授门诊出诊记录,在众多的病例中进行总结、分析,归纳出其治疗慢性肾炎血尿的临床经验。结果赵教授可有效治疗慢性肾小球肾炎血尿,并能减少尿蛋白,保护肾功能。结论总结赵振昌教授治疗慢性肾炎血尿的临床经验,可以继承和发扬名老中医学术思想,应用于临床,为后世造福。

Objective My teacher Professor Zhao Zhenchang is a state-level old doctor of traditonal Chinese medicine, by learning with the teacher, we collected and sorted the clinical experience of Professor Zhao Zhenchang in the treatment of chronic nephritis, to inherit the old Chinese medicine academic experience and his academic thought. Methods By following Professor Zhao clinic, Professor Zhao outpatient visits records were collected in many cases, the clinical experience in treatment of chronic nephritis was sum-marized. Results Professor Zhao can treat chronic glomerulonephritis hematuria effectively, and can reduce proteinuria and protect re-nal function. Conclusion The clinical experience of Professor Zhao Zhenchang in the treatment of chronic nephritis was summarized,which can inherit and develop the academic thought, can be applied in clinical medicine, and is better for the later work.
