左金溃疡组方治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡50例

Zuojin Kuiyang Prescription in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer of Deficient Cold of Spleen and Stomach for 50 Cases

目的观察左金溃疡组方治疗胃溃疡的疗效观察。方法将100例患者分别随机分为2组,治疗组、对照组,分别采用左金溃疡组方、奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗,2组均以4周为一个疗程,1个疗程后判定疗效,记录1个疗程后胃镜下溃疡愈合情况及幽门螺旋杆菌的感染程度。结果治疗组总有效率在90%,奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林组总有效率76%,治疗组明显优于奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组复发率16%,对照组复发率40%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组复发率明显低于对照组,平均复发时间延长。结论左金溃疡组方对胃溃疡有明确疗效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Z uojin Kuiyang prescription in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods 100 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group used Zuojin Kuiyang prescrip-tion. The control group used omeprazole and amoxicillin. 4 weeks was a course of treatment. After a course of treatment, the curative effect was evaluated, and the endoscopic ulcer healing and helicobacter pylori infection were recorded. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, the total effective rate of the control group was 76%, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.01）. The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 16%, the recurrence rate of the control group was 40%, and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（ P 〈0.01）. The relapse rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the con-trol group, and the mean recurrence time prolonged. Conclusion Zuojin Kuiyang prescription has definite therapeutic effect on gastric ulcer.
