膝骨关节炎是一种以关节软骨的变性、破坏及骨质增生为特征的慢性关节病,是临床上的常见病、多发病。现代医学治疗本病常用镇痛剂,关节腔穿刺、注射激素、关节置换手术等方式治疗,治疗费用高且效果并不理想。笔者运用杨氏3A+疗法中的"膝五针"埋线针刀治疗膝骨关节炎取得了良好的疗效,本文主要介绍具体定点和操作方法。

The knee osteoarthritis is a kind of degeneration of articular cartilage, and bone hyperplasia of chronic joint disease, and it is a kind of common and frequently-ocurring diseases in modern life. There are many therapy of treatment, such as analgesic, hormone, joint cavity puncture therapy and joint replacement surgery. It is not only has the high cost, but the effect is not ideal. The authors used ＂ Xiwuzhen＂ therapy from ＂ Yang＇s 3A＋＂ therapy and acupoint catgut-embedding and acupotomy to treat the knee osteoarthritis. This paper mainly introduced the specific point, operation methods and skills.
