局部挑针配合远端针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效评价

Evaluation on the Clinical Effect of Local Needle-pricking combined with Distal Acupuncture in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis

目的通过局部挑针配合远端针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床对照研究,研究出一种更有效的方法。方法将符合标准的80例研究对象,随机分为治疗组、对照组各40例,取穴均为颈部阳性反应水平的夹脊穴、大椎、中渚、外关等,分别采用局部挑针配合远端针刺、传统针刺法治疗,总共8次治疗,为期4周,通过NPQ、VAS量表进行疗效评价。结果局部挑刺配合远端取穴组和传统针刺组均有疗效及远期效应,但前者优于后者。结论局部挑针配合远端针刺组临床疗效好,远期效应好,值得推广。

Objective To study a more effective method for the treatment of cervical spondylosis by local pricking combined with dis-tal acupuncture. Methods Eighty eligible patients were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases each group.The observation group was intervened by local pricking combined with distal acupuncture, and the control group was treated with routine acupuncture treatment. The acupoints for each group were neck positive reaction at the same level of clip Jiaji points, Dazhui（DU14）, Zhongzhu（SJ3） and Waiguan（SJ5）. A total of 8 times treatment was a period of 4 weeks. The NPQ, VAS table were used to evaluate the curative effect. Results Local pricking combined with distal acupoints group and traditional acupuncture group both had curative effect and long-term effect, but the former was superior to the latter. Conclusion The method of local needle-pricking combined with distal acupuncture has highly effective for cervical spondylosis, and can produce a long-term therapeutic effect, which is worth to be popularized.
