穴位贴敷治疗高血压的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Acupoint Plastering in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的观察中药穴位贴敷治疗高血压临床疗效。方法将100例高血压患者随机分为贴敷组52例,对照组48例。两组均在心内科治疗基础上,对照组予以厄贝沙坦治疗,贴敷组则在对照组基础上予以中药穴位敷治疗,比较两组患者临床症状改善情况、血压控制情况、不良反应发生情况及临床疗效。结果与对照组相比,贴敷组治疗后的临床症状明显改善(P<0.05),血压下降明显(P<0.05),临床疗效显著(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷治疗高血压的疗效显著,不良反应少,安全便捷,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint plastering of Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertension.Methods 100 cases of patients with hypertension were randomly divided into acupoint plastering group of 52 cases and control group of 48 cases. Based on the cardiology treatment, the control group was given the Irbesartan, and the acupoint plastering group was giv-en acupoint plastering of Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. The improvement on clinical symptoms, blood pressure control, incidence of adverse reactions and the clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results Comparing with the control group, the clinical symptoms of acupoint plastering group were improved significantly（ P 〈0.05）, the blood pressure of acupoint plastering group decreased obviously（ P0.05）, and the clinical effect is significant（ P0.05）. Conclusion The acupoint plastering of Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertension has significant effect and less adverse reaction. It is safe and convenient,and is worthy of promotion.
