摘要
近年研究表明,纤溶系统因素在过敏性紫癜肾炎(HSPN)的发生发展中起重要作用,本文就儿童HSPN纤溶相关的标志物的研究情况作一综述,并结合相关文献,总结中西医治疗对纤溶系统指标影响的研究,对临床评价HSPN患儿病情,估计预后及提高疗效等方面均有积极的意义。
Recent researches showed that fibrinolytic system plays a key role in the development of henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis（HSPN）. This article mainly summarized the research situation about HSPN nephritis fibrinolytic markers, combined with related literature and sums up the study of the effects of fibrinolytic system index of Chinese and western medicine treatment, which has a positive significance in the clinical evaluation of children with HSPN condition, estimating prognosis and imporving curative effect.
