茶陵白芷的高效液相色谱指纹图谱及模式识别研究

HPLC fingerprint and pattern recognition of Angelicae dahuricae Radixfrom Chaling county in Hunan province

目的采用高效液相色谱法建立茶陵白芷药材的指纹图谱,用于评价白芷药材的质量。方法色谱柱为ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),以乙腈(A)-水(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L·min^(-1),检测波长300 nm,柱温25℃,对22批不同来源的药材样品进行检测,进行了相似度比较、主成分与聚类分析。结果建立了茶陵白芷药材的HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,标示了18个共有指纹峰,22批样品共分为2类。结论茶陵白芷药材的指纹图谱特征性及专属性强,可用于茶陵白芷药材的质量控制。

Objective To establish an HPLC fingerprint ofAngelicae dahuricae Radix to control the qulity of the herbal medicine. Methods ZORBAX SB-C18 （4.6 mm× 150 mm, 5 μm） column was used. The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-water. The elution was in gradient mode, the detection wavelength was 300 nm, the column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min - 1. Totally 22 samples was constructed with similarity evaluation, cluster analysis and principle component analysis. Results There were 18 common peaks in the fingerprint of 10 batches ofAngeIicae dahuricae Radix from Chaling county of Hunan province. The 22 samples were divided into 2 groups. Conclusion The method can be used for the quality con- trol of Angelicae dahuricae Radix.
