摘要 目的研究白毛七化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱、制备液相色谱等色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过理化方法和波谱数据进行分析和结构鉴定。结果从白毛七中分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为securigranⅠ(1)、4α,8β-dihydroxy-5α(H)-eudesm-7(11)-en-8,12-olide(2)、chloraeudolide(3)、zedoarolide B(4)、serralactone C(5)、peroxiatractylenolideⅢ(6)、spicachlorantin B(7)、shizukaol C(8)、3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-acrylicacid 1-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-methoxycarbonylethyl ester(9)。结论化合物1~9均为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective To investigate the chemical compositions from rhizomes of Chloranthus multistachys Pei.. Methods The compounds were isolated by column chromatography with silica gel, Sephadex LH-20and preparative HPLC, and the structures were elucidated by the physical and chemical methods and spectral data. Results Nine compounds were isolated, and their structures were determined as securigran I (1), 4a, 8fl-dihydroxy-5a (H)-eudesm-7 (11)-en-8, 12-olide (2), chloraeudolide (3), zedoarolide B (4), serralactone C (5), peroxiatractylenolide Ⅱ (6), spicachlorantin B (7), shizukaol C (8), and 3-(3, 4-dihydroxyphenyl)-acrylicacid 1-(3, 4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-methoxycarbonylethyl ester (9). Conclusion Compound 1 - 9 have been isolated from this plant for the first time.
