摘要 建立了生鲜羊乳中牛源性成分的荧光定量PCR检测法。结合了多物种识别的通用性引物和单一特定物种识别的特异性引物,通过荧光定量PCR的方法进行扩增,收集荧光信号,达到鉴别生鲜羊乳中牛源性成分的目的。该方法具有快速、简便、灵敏和特异性强的特点。 A. method to identify bovine derived substance in ovine milk by real-time PCR was established. The universal primer for multi-species identification was combined with the specific primer for specific-species identification. The real-time PCR assay was choosed to amplificate the primer and the fluorescence signal was collected. The bovine derived substance in ovine milk was indentified. The method was rapid, simple, sensitive and highly specificity.
