摘要
建立测定牛奶中总磷的在线消解-流动注射的方法。采用全自动流动注射分析仪,对牛奶中的总磷进行测定,在最佳条件下,方法在0.1-10mg/L的质量浓度范围内具有良好线性(r=0.9994),方法的检出限为0.1mg/L,精密度试验相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.33%1.99%,平均回收率为94.0%-101.1%,与国标方法中钼酸铵分光光度法比较,无明显差异,且具有灵敏度高、重复性好等优点,实现了自动的在线消解代替了传统较为繁琐的消化方式,检测过程容易实现自动化,提高了检测效率。
Setting up an online digestion method for the Determination of the total phosphorus in milk by Flow Injection Analysist. Under the optimum conditions, the methods in 0.1-10mg/ L concentration range with good linearity (r=0.9994), method detection limit 0.1 mg/L, precision test relative standard deviation (KSD) for 1.36%-1.99%, average recovery rate for 94.0%-101.1% and ammonium molybdate method and national standard points spectrophotometric method compared, no significant difference, and has the advantages of high sensitivity and good repeatability, realize the automatic on-line di- gestion instead of the traditional digestion method is tedious, detection process is easy to realize automation, improve the detection efficiency.
