考察新型维生素检测试剂盒在奶粉中叶酸含量测定方面的检测效果。按照试剂盒说明书测定奶粉中叶酸的含量，同时与国家标准GB5413．16—2010和进口某品牌试剂盒对比；并进行回收率、批内和批间差异验证。结果表明：检测4种奶粉样品和1份标准质控样品，3种检测方法样品测定结果CV值小于10％，新型维生素检测试剂盒标准质控样品测定值与参考值的相对误差为4．0％，回收率为90％～110％（P．SD〈10％），批内差异为3．49％-4．86％，批间差异为4．25％-6．56％。新型维生素检测试剂盒具有较好的准确度、精密度和稳定性，相对传统微生物方法操作简单、结果准确、重复性好，适用于奶粉中叶酸含量的检测。

To investigate the determination effect of the novel vitamin detection kit in the test of folic acid in milk powder. The content of folic acid in milk powder was detected according to the manuals of the kit, which was compared with P. R. China （GB5413.16-2010） and imported certain brand kit. Meanwhile the kit was verified of the recovery, intra-assay and inter-assay. Four milk powder samples and one standard control sample were detected, The result shows that CV values of the three methods for samples detection are less than 10%; The rel- ative error of the novel kit for testing the standard control sample is 4.0%; Recovery is 90% - 110% （RSD〈10%）; Intra-assay and inter-assay precision are 3.49% - 4.86% and 4.25%-6.56%, respectively. The novel vitamin detection kit for the determination of folic acid showed ac- ceptable accuracy, precision and stability. The kit is easy to be operated with high repeatability and accurate results in contract with traditional method, it can be widely applied to the detection of folic acid in milk powder.
