摘要
通过16S r RNA序列分析,结合微生物的形态学观察、生理生化试验对甘蔗糖厂成糖工序生产线检出的部分细菌进行了分离鉴定。结果显示,从甘蔗糖生产线样品中获得常见的4株菌,菌株S-1鉴定为克氏库克菌(Kocuria kristinae)、菌株S-2为蜡样芽胞杆菌(Bacillus cereus)、菌株S-3为解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)、菌株S-4为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。因此,糖厂应该加强微生物污染源和污染途径的监控,以此保证甘蔗糖品质。
Some bacteria strains from samples in sugar process production line of sucrose sugar factory were isolated and identified by 16S rRNA sequence analysis, morphology observation and physiological biochemical tests. The results showed four strains of common bacteria were obtained from samples of sucrose sugar production lines. Strain S-1, S-2, S-3 and S-4 were identified as Kocuria kristinae, Bacillus cereus, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and Bacillus subtilis, respectively. Therefore, sugar factory should strengthen the strengthen monitoring of microbial pollution source and pollution approach.
