摘要
为解决密集式烤房温湿度自动监测系统存在的布线复杂、扩展性差等问题,基于Internet网络和ZigBee无线传感器网络设计了一种烤房温湿度远程监测系统。该系统通过传感器节点采集烤房温湿度数据,并通过RS232串口将协调器节点收集到的监测数据传输到本地监测中心,也可通过GPRS模块接入Internet网络实现数据的远程监测。结果表明:(1)在变黄期、定色期和干筋期,系统测得的温度和湿度均值误差均在±0.6范围内,数据检测和传输性能稳定可靠,测量精度可以满足烤房温湿度数据采集要求。(2)监测数据可以短信方式发送。该系统为改善现有密集式烤房的管理模式、降低劳动强度、提高烟叶烘烤品质提供了支撑。
In order to get rid of the complicated wiring and poor extensibility of the existing automatic temperature and humidity monitoring system,a remote monitoring system for bulk curing barn was designed on the basis of Internet and Zig Bee wireless sensor network. The designed system acquired the data of temperature and humility in curing barns via sensors,a coordinator transmitted the collected data to a local monitoring center through RS232,or linked to Internet through a GPRS module to implement remote data monitoring. The results showed that:1)The errors of mean temperature and humidity values measured by the designed system were within the range of ± 0.6 at yellowing,color fixing,and stem drying stages. The data measurement and transmission were stable and reliable,and measurement accuracy met the requirements for the acquisition of temperature and humidity data in flue-curing barn. 2) Monitoring data could be sent to a mobile phone as messages to facilitate managerial staffs' inspecting of the temperature and humidity in curing barn. The designed system changed the management mode of bulk curing barn,reduced the labor intensity of tobacco flue-curing,and improved the flue-curing quality of tobacco leaves.
