摘要
为解决SQ3X切梗丝机在切削高压蒸梗工艺处理的烟梗时产生的刀片变钝、梗丝厚度合格率低等问题,在砂轮磨削区域设计了一套增温减黏装置。该装置采用涡流管作为加热器件,通过涡流管产生的热气流,对砂轮表面的黏附物进行快速烘干并使其脱落,实现砂轮修整器对砂轮表面的及时修整;在切梗丝机PLC中新建温度控制程序的函数块,实现砂轮磨削区域温度的自动控制和实时调节。结果表明,改进后有效减少了砂轮表面的黏附物,改善了砂轮对刀片的磨削效果。当砂轮磨削区域温度设为80℃时,刀辊电流由76.2 A降低到43.2A,梗丝厚度合格率由70%提高到了90%,有效提高了切梗丝机的生产性能和切丝品质。
When the stem cutter SQ3X cut high pressure steam processed stems,sticky matter tends to adhere to the grinding wheel and results in blunt knives and unqualified cut stem thickness. Therefore,a device for cleaning the grinding wheel was designed. The said device adopted vortex tube as a heater,the hot air came out of the vortex tube dried the sticky matter and forced it to flake off the grinding wheel,proper grinder dressing was ensured. A function block of temperature control program was established in the PLC of the stem cutter to control and adjust the temperature at grinding area automatically and real-timely. The results showed that after improvement,the amount of stems adhered to the grinding wheel reduced effectively,the knife blades were well sharpened. When the temperature at grinding area was set at 80 ℃, the electric current of knife drum motor decreased from 76.2 A to 43.2 A,the qualified rate of cut stem thickness increased from 70% to 90%. The performance of stem cutter is promoted effectively.
