平衡计分卡在商业银行绩效考核中的应用策略

The Application Strategy of Balanced Score Card in Performance Evaluation of Commercial Bank

随着经济全球化步伐的加快,商业银行面临越来越激烈的竞争压力,对于绩效考核的精细化和导向性要求也越来越高。平衡计分卡作为国际先进的绩效管理模式正逐渐被更多的国内商业银行所关注和应用。本文分析了平衡计分卡在商业银行绩效考核中的应用优势,根据商业银行的经营特性提出了四个维度下常见的绩效考核指标的设定模式,并指出了平衡计分卡在实际应用过程中的问题和应对策略,旨在探索新型考核机制,促进我国商业银行的稳健经营和健康发展。

Along with the development of global economic integration, commercial bank faces morecompetition pressures, it must establish a detailed performance evaluation system. As an international advanced tool of management, Balanced Score Card（BSC） had been widely applied in the bank performance evaluation. This paper analyzes application superiority of BSC in the bank performance evaluation and designs the evaluation index system under four dimensions, it also discusses problems and countermeasures in the process of BSC in Chinese bank. The primary focusis on exploring new evaluation mechanism, promoting the steady management and healthy development of the commercial banks in our country.
