非酒精性脂肪肝中医病因病机探析

Differentiation and Analysis on TCM Etiology and Pathogenesis of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver

结合非酒精性脂肪肝患者的中医证型、体质类型、发病年龄等因素探讨了脂肪肝发病过程中的中医病因病机。非酒精性脂肪肝的发病多与嗜食肥甘厚味、好逸恶劳、情志不遂、先天禀赋、它病失治等诸多因素有关,这些因素导致肝郁脾虚、肾气不足、痰浊瘀血留而不去,引发本病。探讨和总结了非酒精性脂肪肝的中医病因、中医病机的几个方面,主要病因是肥甘厚味进食过多而运动锻炼不足,主要病机为肝郁脾虚,痰浊内蕴。

In this paper,pathogenesis and etiology of fatty liver disease were discussed according to TCM syndrome types, physical types, age and other factors in patients with non - alcoholic fatty liver. The incidence of nonalcoholic fatty liver was more related with eating sweet and thick food, indolent, emotions failing, congenital disease without treatment and many other factors. These factors led to liver depression and spleen deficiency, kidney - qi deficiency, phlegm - turbidity and blood - stasis without removing, which initiated this disease. The author discussed and summarized the several aspects of TCM pathogenesis and etiology of non - alcoholic fatty liver. The main cause is eating too much sweet and thick food and lack of exercise and the main pathogenesis is liver depression and spleen deficiency as well as the phlegm stasis.
