摘要
目的:探讨丹红注射液药物组成丹参红花主要成分与阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimers disease,AD)脑内胰岛素抵抗之间的相关性。方法:查阅相关文献,阿尔茨海默病涉及的神经系统广泛,已认识到胰岛素可通过PI3K/PKB途经改变糖原合成激酶(GSK-3β)的磷酸化状态进而调节其活性,激活的PKB引起GSK-3β在Ser位点磷酸化失活起关键作用。结果:阿尔茨海默病的发生是渐进性的神经退行性变过程,难用单一高选择性、高亲和力和作用特异药物调节AD。中医药有可能发挥独特的作用。结论:丹参红花多成分、多靶点、多通路的特性,使其有望从中寻找出疗效满意、作用靶点明确的新型神经保护剂。
Objective : To investigate the correlation between Salvia and safflower main ingredient and insulin resistance in the brain of Alzheimer's disease. Methods : By reading the related documents, Alzheimer's disease involves a wide range of nervous system. Insulin has been recognized by changing glycogen synthase kinase (GSK -3β) phosphorylation status through the PI3K/PKB thereby regulating its activity. PKB activation and plays a key role of GSK -3β phosphorylation site at Ser inactivation. Results : Alzheimer's disease is a progressive neurodegenerative process. It' s difficult to use a sin- gle drug with high selectivity, high affinity and specific action regulating AD. Traditional Chinese medicine may play a u- nique role. Conclusions:The characteristics of Danhong by multi -component,multi -target and multi -channel makes it be expected to look for a satisfactory outcome, specifically new neuroprotective agents.
