强直性脊柱炎中医内外合治研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Internal and External TCM Treatment for Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的:为中医药更好地用于治疗强直性脊柱炎提供参考。方法:采用文献综述法,阐述近年来中医药内外合治治疗强直性脊柱炎的研究进展。结果与结论:中医药内外合治治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效显著,可明显改善患者的生活质量。但缺乏基础实验研究,且对疾病没有统一的辨证分型标准,今后应加强证候规范化研究,运用现代药理知识,探寻内外合治发挥疗效的有效成分、作用方式,途径和作用靶点的研究机制,使中医药内外合治更好地用于强直性脊柱炎。

Objective ： To provide a reference for better Chinese medicine treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods ： By using literature review, it stated the progress of internal and external TCM treatment for ankylosing spondylitis in these years. Results and Conclusion：Internal and external TCM treatment for ankylosing spondylitis has therapeutic effect and can improve the patients＇ quality of life obviously. But it is lack of basic experiment research and unified standard. Syn- drome standardization study should be strengthened in the future,using the modern pharmacological knowledge to explore internal and external TCM treatment＇ s role, mode of action, function channel and targets of mechanism and making inter- nal and external TCM treatment better use in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.
