茯贞膏改善脾肾两虚型促红细胞生成素拮抗的化疗引起肿瘤相关性贫血的临床疗效研究

Fuzhen Paste Improves Tumor-Related Anemia Caused by Chemotherapy of Spleen-Kidney Deficiency Type of EPO Antagonists

目的:探究茯贞膏改善脾肾两虚型促红细胞生成素(EPO)拮抗的化疗引起肿瘤相关性贫血的临床疗效。方法:选取60例恶性肿瘤患者,根据患者的意愿,将患者分成对照组和研究组,对照组28例,研究组32例。研究组的患者给予8周的茯贞膏的治疗,而对照组的患者仅给予对症支持治疗。治疗后对两组患者的外周血象、临床症状、生活质量和T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞的变化情况进行统计与比较。结果:两组患者的外周血象中白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)和血红蛋白(Hb)的数量在治疗前无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组的WBC、RBC和Hb明显的高于对照组的患者(P<0.05);研究组患者在治疗后生活质量的改善程度明显的高于对照组的患者(P<0.05);研究组患者在治疗后CD_3、CD_4、CD_4/CD8水平明显的高于对照组(P<0.05),而两组患者的CD8水平无明显差异(P>0.05);研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组的患者(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:茯贞膏可明显的改善脾肾两虚型EPO拮抗的化疗引起肿瘤相关性贫血的症状,可有效的对患者的免疫功能进行提高。

Objective ： To explore the effect of Fuzhen Pasteon tumor - related anemia caused by chemotherapy of the spleen- kidney deficiency type of EPO antagonists. Method：Sixty cases of malignant tumor patients in our hospital from July 2014 to October 2015 served as the research objects. In accordance to the wishes of patients, the patients were ran- domly divided into control group and study group,28 cases in the control group ,32 cases in the treatment group. Patients in the treatment group were given 8 weeks Fuzhen Paste ointmentwhile those in the control group only received symptomat- ic treatment. After treatment, the changes of peripheral blood, clinical symptoms, quality of lifeand T lymphocyte subsets and NK cell of two groups were compared. Result ： Before treatment, the counts of two groups patients ＇ peripheral blood white blood cell （WBC） ,red blood cell （RBC） and hemoglobin （HB） had no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the counts of WBC, RBC and Hb in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the improvement of quality of life in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the treatment group patients＇ CD3 , CD4 and CD4/CD8 were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. And there was no significant difference in the level of CD8 between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Fuzhen Paste can obviously improve chemotherapy - induced tumor - related anemia symptoms of the spleen - kidney deficiency type of EPO antagonism and be effective on immune function.
