银质针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床安全有效性评价

Safety and Therapeutic Evaluation of Silver Needle Therapy Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:运用Meta分析评价银质针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的安全有效性。方法:通过计算机检索,全面收集银质针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的随机对照实验(RCT),按Cochrane协作网系统评价方法进行评价。提取资料采用卡方检验鉴定研究间的异质性,根据检验结果再选用固定效应模型或随机效应模型,运用Rev Man5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入17个实验(1539名患者),所有实验都对纳入患者进行随机分组,并对其临床疗效进行评价。统计16个实验总有效率的Meta分析结果提示银质针疗法对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效优于对照组,其中一项研究结果提示对照组疗效优于银质针组,但随访6个月时银质针疗法有优势([OR=3.75,95%CI(2.51,5.62)],提示银质针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效率高于其他保守疗法,且Z=6.42(P<0.000 01),说明银质针组与对照组的差异有统计学意义)。结论:本次Meta分析结果显示银质针疗法对于腰椎间盘突出症的中短期综合疗效优于其他保守治疗,乃当下治疗腰间椎盘突出症行之有效的临床治疗方案,然远期疗效仍需进一步研究、观察。

Objective ： To evaluate the safety and the curative effect of silver needle therapy treating lumbarintervertebral disc herniation by Meta -analysis. Methods：The research used computer retrieve to comprehensively collect randomized controlled trials（RCT） of silver needle therapy treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and evaluated them by evaluation method of Cochrane network system. Adopt χ2 test to identify heterogeneity of research data, and then select fixed effect model or random effect model according to the result and the statistical software RevMan 5.3 was used for Meta- analysis. Result：The study included 17 experiments with 1539 patients. The patients were randomly divided into two groups： experimental group and control group. The result of evaluating the curative effect of the experiment showed that the curative effect of experimental group was better than that of the control group in a total of 15 experiments. The curative effect of control group was better than that of the experimental group in only 1 study but the curative effect of experimental group was better than that of the control group after 6 months treatment [ OR = 3.75,95 % CI （2.51,5.62） ]. The curative effect of clinical implications of silver needle therapy on lumbar disc herniation was better than that of the others treatment,Z = 6.42（P 〈 0. 000 01 ）. The difference between the experimental group and the control group was sta- tistically significant. Conclusion ： The Meta - analysis results suggest that the comprehensive curative effect of silver nee- dle therapy for lumbar disc herniation is better than that of the other treatment and the treatment is effective. But the long - term efficacy needs to be further studied.
