中医辨证施治联合西药治疗结肠慢传输型便秘的临床观察

TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Colon Slow Transit Constipation

目的:观察中医辨证施治联合西药治疗结肠慢传输型便秘的临床疗效。方法:随机单盲法将120例结肠慢传输型便秘患者分为两组各60例,对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以中医辨证治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后主要症候积分、症候总积分及结肠传输功能。结果:观察组总有效率、治疗后症候总积分分别为90.0%、(4.62±3.12)分,较对照组的75.0%、(8.32±4.81)分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后右半结肠、直肠及全结肠通过时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证施治联合西药治疗结肠慢传输型便秘疗效明确,能明显改善患者结肠传输功能。

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM ） syndrome differen- tiation and treatment combined with Western medicine in the treatment of colon slow transit constipation. Methods： Ac- cording to the random single blind method, 120 patients with colon slow transit constipation were divided into 2 groups ,60 cases in each group. The control group were treated by routine western medicine. Based on this, the observation group were treated by TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment. The clinical curative effects, main symptom scores before and after treatment, total symptom scores and colon transit function were compared between the 2 groups. Results ： The to- tal effective rate and total symptom score after treatment of the observation group were 90.0% and （4.62 ±3.12）, re- spectively. Compared with those of the control group [ 75.0%, （8.32 ±4.81 ） ], the differences were statistically signifi- cant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the transit time of right hemieolon,rectum and total colon in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The curative effect of TCM syndrome differ- entiation and treatment combined with Western medicine in the treatment of colon slow transit constipation is clear, which can significantly improve the colonic transit function in patients.
