摘要
本文基于上海村镇地区节能现状调研数据分析的基础上,提出其现阶段存在的若干问题。从低碳规划的角度建立村镇住区低碳能源利用规划指标体系。根据上海农村既有住区条件,提出适宜的既有农村住区节能改造技术,包括围护结构适宜节能改造技术、可再生能源技术、污水和垃圾废弃物处理等。通过示范项目的实践,对推进上海农村既有住区节能改造具有指导意义。
Based on the investigation and data analysis of existing energy conservation situation in Shanghai's town area, this thesis puts forward some issues at this stage. From the perspective of low-carbon planning, a low-carbon energy utilization planning index system is established in the residential district of town. In accordance with Shanghai's existing residential district condition, it proposes proper energy-saving and reconstruction technology for the existing rural residential district, including the proper energysaving and reconstruction technology of envelop enclosure, renewable energy technology~ the treatment of sewage and waste disposal, etc. By means of conducting demonstration project, this thesis is of guiding significance to the energy- saving reconstruction of existing residential district in Shanghai's countryside.
