结合同煤集团的实际情况,针对当前煤炭市场下行的形势,分析了煤炭企业履行社会责任的内涵与优势。并就煤炭企业如何基于社会责任的创新发展进行讨论研究,提出煤炭企业社会责任创新发展的对策建议。

Combining with actual situation of Datong Coal Mine Group, in view of current coal market downward situation, this paper has analyzed the connotation and advantages of coal enterprise to fulfill social responsibility, discusses how to make inno- vation and development on the basis of social responsibility, and puts forwards countermeasures and suggestions of coal enter- prise＇s innovation and development for social responsibility.
