从全球面临的环境压力、供求关系对煤炭企业去产能必要性进行了分析,结合煤炭行业市场经济特点,从经济学角度剖析了煤炭产能过剩的成因,并针对当前煤炭企业去产能亟待解决的问题提出有关对策,以期切实有效的做好煤炭去产能工作。

This paper analyses the aspects of global environment pressure, supply and demand and necessity of over-capacity reduction for coal enterprises. Combining with the characteristics of market economy of coal industry, from the perspective of economics, this paper ana｜yses the reason of coal＇ s over-capacity, and puts forward relevant countermeasures to current over-capacity reduction problem urgently to be solved in coal enterprise, to effectively do a good job of coal over-capacity re- duction.
