摘要
在阐述回收物料价值表征的基础上,设计了回收物料价值数据的获取与分析决策数据流程,并从动态反映回收物料的价值消耗、基于专家系统的回收物料价值测度、回收物料价值的静态比较、面向正向和逆向的闭环供应链回收物料价值协调与匹配等,提出了回收物料基本思路以及决策支持的内容和方法,以确保环境意识制造与产品回收全过程的有效运作。
This paper designs a data flow diagram for the on the basis of the definition about value. It puts forward system of data acquisition and analysis of recovered material value basic thinking and decision support contents and methods in value dynamic consume indicating of recovered material, value evaluation of recovered material based on expert system, static compar- ing of recovered material value, and recovered materials value coordinating and matching oriented towards closed-loop supply chain, so as to operate ECMPRO process more effectively.
