摘要
近几年,由于煤炭市场持续低迷,煤炭企业生存和发展举步维艰。从采购物资库存控制的角度,分析了煤炭企业采购物资安全库存形成的原因,以及安全库存给企业带来的成本压力,并提出降低采购物资安全库存的4种应对措施。
In recent years, coal enterprises have been continually struggling to survive and develop due to downturn in coal market. From the perspective of inventory control of purchased material, this paper analyzes the reason for the formation of safety stock of coal enterprise＇ s purchased material, as well as the cost pressure brought to the enterprise by safety stock, and puts forward 4 kinds of solutions to reduce material purchasing and achieve safety stock.
