摘要
介绍了吕矿公司在发展中不断求变、创新及探索实践项目化管理的历程,阐述了煤炭企业项目化管理的必要性和实用性;吕矿公司实施的项目化管理是战略驱动下的项目化管理,是推动矿井发展的项目化管理,其通过整合组织管理机构,再造业务流程,构建项目化管理体制和机制,着力解决重点、难点问题,无论对煤炭企业还是非煤矿山企业都具有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper introduces lvjiatuo Mining Company's development process that: insist incessant demand for change in de- velopment, insist innovation and explore project management; and expounds the necessity and practicability of project manage- ment in coal enterprise. Lvjiatuo Company's project management is driven by strategy and it is to promote development of the mines. Through integrating organization and management agencies and re-engineering business process to construct project man- agement system and mechanism, strive to solve the key and difficult problems, which has a certain reference significance both to coal enterprise and non-coal mine enterprise.
