摘要
开炼机是橡胶制品生产中应用最广泛的一种设备,根据生产工艺的要求,辊筒的辊距需要调节,而辊距的调节范围取决于速比齿轮的参数。经过分析和计算发现,减小速比齿轮的压力角a、减小速比齿轮的齿数z1和增大速比齿轮的齿顶高系数h*a均能够扩大辊筒的调距范围,因此可以通过合理设计速比齿轮的参数来满足某些开炼机对于较大调距范围的要求。
Open mill is a device widely used in the rubber production.According to the requirements of the production process,the roller pitch needs to be adjusted,and the adjustment range of the roll spacing depends on the parameters of the speed ratio gear.Through analysis and calculation,reducing the pressure angle,reducing the tooth number and increasing the addendum coefficient of the speed ratio gear can expand the roller pitch range.Therefore,it is reasonable to design the parameters of the speed ratio gear to meet the requirements of the wide roller pitch range of open mills.
